Memory limits on Starter

Starter accounts have a 100-memory cap across all non-archived memories. When you save memories beyond the cap, the least-recalled ones are locked:
  • Locked memories appear blurred in the dashboard with an upgrade prompt
  • MCP recall and search return a stub instead of the memory content
  • No data is deleted — locked memories are preserved and fully restored on upgrade
Upgrading to Individual unlocks all memories instantly.

Add-ons are metered and synced automatically when you connect or remove sources. Proration applies mid-cycle.
Content sources require a paid subscription (Starter includes 0 sources). Add a source via Settings > Integrations, then Content Sources in the dashboard.

Go to Settings > Billing in the app to:
  • Upgrade from Starter to Individual
  • View your current plan and next billing date
  • See how many content sources are connected and billed
  • Download invoices

Founding member pricing

The first 50 paid sign-ups become founding members and receive a recurring discount on the Individual plan, applied automatically at checkout when the active-customer count is below the cap. The discount is attached to the subscription via a Stripe coupon and stays in effect for the lifetime of that subscription per Stripe’s standard subscription behavior, even after the cap is reached. Once the cap is hit, new sign-ups pay full list price (19/monthor19/month or 190/year).
Sign-ups before 2026-04-30 received the original FOUNDER50 coupon (50% off, 9.50/montheffective)andaregrandfatheredatthatrateforthelifetimeoftheirsubscription.Newfounding−membersign−upsreceivethecurrentcoupon(‘FOUNDING14‘,9.50/month effective) and are grandfathered at that rate for the lifetime of their subscription. New founding-member sign-ups receive the current coupon (`FOUNDING14`, 5/month off, $14/month effective).
